Workspace dimensions measure 62" x 79" x 45" and 60 kW are installed in Incoloy- sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 6,000-cfm, 5-hp recirculating blower provides combination air- flow to the workload. The oven features 6" insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, a two-lane roller conveyor inside and outside the oven for loading, a top-mounted heating chamber, an electrically- operated vertical lift door at the rear of the oven, 62" x 45" front-access doors, a fully insulated floor and an integral leg stand. Controls on No. 1032 include a digital indicating temperature controller, a manual-reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, an SCR power controller, a recirculating-blower airflow safety switch and a fused disconnect switch.
