TruCool conformal cooling maximizes cooling efficiency in molds; allowing the mold to maintain a targeted, consistent temperature with cycle times reduced up to 60%. The process produces highly complex cavities and cores with conformal shapes and channel geometries impossible to obtain with conventional tooling. This presentation explores how TruCool creates increases part quality and through-put while reducing cycle time and capital expenses. Advanced applications of conformal cooling will also be explored. Primary topics: • Conformal Cooling • Thermal Management • Mold Efficiency • Conformal Cooling Maintenance David is a Senior Product Manager with DME. David holds a MBA in International Business and marketing from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan. With 20 years management and leadership experience, David has achievements in product management, high-tech programs, sales, and engineering in the automotive, automation, and industrial markets. David has honed his skills during his career working for industry leader Honeywell, and ABB corporations.
