CoolCross permits even temperature distribution in cores or inserts and constant cavity cooling on all four sides for the duration of the injection molding cycle. The Z 99/… allows the number of cooling chan- nels to be reduced to a single plane, per- mitting thinner plates and other acces- sory components. DLC Coated Mold Components With a comprehensive range of ejec- tor elements, two-stage ejectors, guide locks, latch locks, and the many different combinations of ejector pins and ejector sleeves, HASCO now offers DLC coating on these parts as catalog standard items for demolding in the field of injection molding, die casting, and blow and com- pression molding.
