The system was designed as a cost-efficient alternative for the production of small series or prototypes in two-cavity molds that had been using cold runner technology. To enable variable use of the system, a linear main manifold is combined with two lateral arms of the same length. A special pivot-joint allows the lateral arms to be positioned within a defined angular range at the connecting positions to the main manifold.
