The M2000-R and M3000-R models feature two-position rotary tables for efficient and ergonomic processing of geometrically complex workpieces of various sizes, as well as small and large batches of parts. The M2000-R's table is 670 mm in diameter, while the M3000-R's table offers a 950-mm diameter. The two-position rotary table enables one part to be loaded or unloaded while another part is being laser-marked, increasing machine productivity and therefore part throughput. In addition, the workstations' ergonomics are adaptable, allowing both standing and seated work through adjustment of their working heights, as well as right- or left-side mounting of the control panels. Light barriers at the place of loading/unloading ensure worker safety. In addition to a standard programmable Z axis, options include other axes, as well as camera systems, exhaust units, interfaces for the integration of cli- ent processes and a customer interface directly on the rotary table.
