Hyundai WIA's Hi-MOLD Series covers a wide machining range from low speed heavy duty machining to five axis simultaneous high speed mold machining. Spindles ranges up to 40,000 rpm equipped with heat displacement compensation system, and coolant through spindle. Newly designed, next generation high performance CNC controls. Control is through Fanuc or Siemens CNC featuring easy to operate interactive programming, 3D simulation, and engraving cycles. The recently introduced HS 4000 has a range of 150~5,000 rpm developing 33.5 HP. The tool magazine and exchange mechanism are isolated from the machining area to prevent coolant contamination. The single-piece T-shaped bed with a double-walled casting structure creates the rigidity required to carry the heavy-duty saddle, column and linear roller guide bearing system. Control is through a Fanuc CNC featuring canned cycles for roughing, finishing, deep hole and peck drilling, boring, tapping and threading. The newly introduced F750B is our high precision vertical machining center for heavy duty cutting, as well as mold machining. Equipped with a spindle designed for minimal vibration and high performance plus a potent 2-speed geared headstock guaranteeing maximum torque in low speed. The machine's 61" × 29.5" × 28.3" rigid construction starts with genuine box ways hand scraped for maximum bearing surface. The spindle cooling system minimizes heat displacement during long machining cycles.
